Meal Planning 3/1 - 3/7

One great way to help save money and stick to your budget is to make a meal plan. I try to meal plan weekly based on that weeks grocery specials and what I already have at home. Like last week we are going to try a couple of new meals. Here is this weeks meal plan for my family based on the grocery specials.


Friday 3/1
B- Cereal
L- Hot Dogs & Chips
D- Vegetable Soup

Saturday 3/2
B- Breakfast Burrito
L- Lasagna with Garlic Bread
D- Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups with Side Salad and Dinner Rolls

Sunday 3/3
B- Oatmeal Muffins with Yogurt
L- Mini Fried Chicken Wings with Mixed Veggies
D- Crab Ceviche with Tostadas

Monday 3/4
B- Eggs, Beans and Tortillas
L- Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup
D- TexMex Chicken Nachos

Tuesday 3/5
B- Cereal
L- Nutella and Apple Sandwiches with Grapes
D- Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

Wednesday 3/6
B- Scrabbled Eggs and Wennies
L- Sandwiches with Chips
D- Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing and Mexican Rice

Thursday 3/7
B- Spinach Quiche
L- Chef Boyardee
D- Beef Barely Vegetable Soup
