Meal Planning 2/22 - 2/28

One great way to help save money and stick to your budget is to make a meal plan. I try to meal plan weekly based on that weeks grocery specials and what I already have at home. Here is this weeks meal plan for my family based on the grocery specials.


Friday 2/22
B- French Toast with Strawberries
L- Pizza with Potato Wedges
D- Leftovers

Saturday 2/23
B- Quiche with Sausage
L- Vegetable Soup
D- Turkey Burgers with Strawberry Salad

Sunday 2/24
B- Eggs, Bacon, Toast
L- Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup
D- House Fried Rice with Crab Wontons

Monday 2/25
B- Cereal
L- Hot Dogs & Chips
D- Bacon Wrapped Smokies with Mashed Potatoes & Gravey and Stuffing

Tuesday 2/26
B- Breakfast Burrito
L- Mini Fried Chicken Wings with Mixed Veggies
D- Beef Barely Vegetable Soup

Wednesday 2/27
B- Scrambled Eggs with Wennies
L- Chef Boyardee
D- Lasagna with Breadsticks

Thursday 2/28
B- Nutella and Jelly Sandwiches with Bananas
L- Beef Tacos with Mexican Rice
D- Aussie Chicken with Pasta and Green Beans
