So far this week I think I did pretty good. I did buy hair dye but my roots are showing and I have to redye it. I also did need good smelling laundry soap for our sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Plus I wanted to make mojitos this weekend so I bought the Rum. I was sad that I couldn't use my ECB to get the alcohol for free, but it is what it is. I'm glad I did get to sew a lot more this week but as a result my wrist hurts so I will have to take it easy and not sew for 6 hours straight like I was doing. Meal planning has helped us out so much this month on not eating out. There are times where I don't want to cook but then I look at how much we used to spend on eating out and it motivates me. I do have to get more firewood so we can use the fireplace more instead of the heater. Skylar finally got his tablet working so there isn't to much TV time thank goodness. I did go over my budget on gas since I didn't expect my darling husband to start work so fast. Next month the budget will be $240. Hopefully that will be enough.

How did you do this week?
